Shipping Time: 6-12 days（Size less than 39 inches）
Note:
1.For large items, if the package size is more than 39 inches (100 cm), we will use sea freight and the shipping time is 4-6 weeks.
2.If your project is urgent, you can contact customer service to expedite your order for an additional fee.

30 Days Free Return and Exchange
If your new Jchandelier product doesn't fit, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of order delivery.
Note: If the return is not due to a manufacturer’s defect, the customer will be required to ship the product back to us at their own expense, and our shipping costs will also be deducted from the refund.
