Warranty Policy

Thank you for choosing our products! All our products come with a 2-year warranty (excluding bulbs), ensuring they are free from defects in design, material, or workmanship under normal use and maintenance. Please retain your proof of purchase to facilitate any warranty claims.

Coverage:
If you encounter any product failures during the warranty period, please contact us promptly at info@jchandelier.com. Provide a detailed description of the issue along with relevant photos or videos. Our customer service representative will respond within 12 hours to discuss the specifics.

For part-related issues, we will send replacement parts free of charge (including 5-6 additional spare parts) via express shipping. If there are installation-related issues causing poor product contact, our technical experts will assist you within 12 hours. We strongly recommend hiring professional lighting personnel for installation to ensure the best results.

Please Note:
Replacements do not include an entirely new product. If other parts of the fixture (e.g., crystals, screws, bulbs, etc.) are intact, we will only send the defective components. Please ensure proper care and storage of your fixture while waiting for replacement parts. Issues caused by user damage or natural disasters are not covered under this warranty.

Exclusions:
  • This warranty does not cover:
  • Variations in natural materials, including color or texture differences
  • Minor imperfections in handmade products
  • Damage due to improper handling of finishes
  • Fading or deterioration of products used outdoors
  • Unauthorized modifications or customizations
  • Problems arising from improper installation or misuse
