1.What if I enter the wrong email address or phone number?

Please contact us and we would like to help you change your email address, name or address.

2.What methods of payment do you accept?

Paypal now. Any type of credit or debit card can be paid via PayPal, no need to register for a PayPal account.

3.How to customize products?

We can produce according to your design or size. Please contact us at info@jchandelier.com.

4.What is the best way to install my new lights or chandelier?

Installation instructions are included with every product we sell. If you find the installation complicated, we recommend contacting a licensed contractor or electrician.

5.Are your products UL listed?

Yes, our products meet UL standards.

6.How long does it take to ship the product?

7.If I purchase a standard product and return it, how long will it take to receive my refund?

8.How can I cancel an order?

Customized products cannot be cancelled because customized products cannot be resold.

For standard products, you can cancel free of charge by replying to your order confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order. As long as the product has not shipped, you can still cancel it. However, a processing fee of $100 will be charged. Once the item is shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
