Free return and exchange
We understand that sometimes you buy items that are not suitable for your environment. They do not match your decor, and if for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, you can return the item to jchandelier.com within 30 days of delivery.
Return and Exchange Conditions:
● Don't install it, use it
● In the original packaging
● Within 30 days after the order is delivered
● No missing parts.
● Products need to be packed in their original packaging.
Return Time
Returns can be initiated within 30 days of receipt of the refund. Returns outside the 30-day return window will not be accepted. Once the item has been received and inspected through our warehouse, a refund will be applied to your account.
● Refunds within 24 hours: You can receive a full refund at no cost if you cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
● Refunds after 24 hours: If you request a refund after 24 hours, a handling fee and transaction fees will apply.
● Order Confirmation: We will confirm the shipping details with you before dispatching the product.
● Post-shipment Refunds: If the product has already been shipped, you must wait until you receive the product to initiate the return and refund process.
Production defective or damaged items
As long as you notify Jchandelier within 48 hours after receiving the goods, the buyer will replace the damaged parts in transit for free. If the damage is severe, we will replace the product free of charge.
Order Cancellation
Customzed items are not eligible for cancellation. For non- customzed orders, you can cancel for free within 24 hours after you place the order by replying to your order confirmaton emai.
Return Process
● To initiate a return: Please send photos and/or videos of the item to info@jchandelier.com and let us know your order number. Our customer service staff will determine the eligibility of your return request.
● Return the item: If your return is accepted, we will send you the return address and instructions on how and where to send the package. (Note: Unauthorized returned items will not be accepted). We recommend that you send returns/exchanges in a shipping method that provides tracking information and a signature as we are not responsible for lost returns/exchanges.
● Refund or Exchange: When we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item within 5-7 business days and then offer a replacement or refund.
Return fee
● If the return is caused by our problems (eg: incorrect product, product quality problem, wrong address), we will provide you with a full refund;
● If the return is due to a buyer's problem (eg: don't like/want the item, ordered the wrong product/size, provided an incorrect or incomplete mailing address), the buyer should pay for shipping including initial shipping cost.
Refund
● Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will notify you to approve or deny your refund. If you are approved, a refund will be provided to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
● If you have not received your refund within 5-7 business days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company. Refunds may take some time to be officially released. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at info@jchandelier.com
About canceling an order
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it, and we will be happy to provide free cancellation. But for orders that have exceeded the 24-hour window, a cancellation fee will apply due to processing costs.
Note: You will be notified by email when your order is dispatched. Therefore, the order cannot be cancelled after the goods have been dispatched. If you insist that you do not want your package, you can contact us to return it after you receive it. Thank you for your understanding!
