How will I receive order confirmation and updates?
When you complete your order, we will send you an order confirmation email or order SMS confirmation message to your cell phone. After your order has been successfully processed and shipped, we will update you with your logistics tracking number via email or SMS. We will also update you with the logistics dispatch notification in email and SMS when your goods are about to be delivered.
How do I ensure the chandelier size fits my space?
You can measure your space in advance, and our designers will provide recommendations tailored to your room's dimensions and style. Whether it's the size, height, or overall design, we're here to ensure the chandelier complements your space perfectly. If I receive a broken product, what should I do?
Firstly, you don’t need to worry about potential damage during shipping. Most of our products are securely packed in wooden crates, with additional protective layers such as cardboard boxes inside. This ensures that the products are well-protected and rarely arrive damaged.
Secondly, many of our customers have placed orders with us and have been highly satisfied with the condition of the products they received. Rest assured, we prioritize the quality of your purchase experience.
Finally, in the rare event that there is an issue with your order, we are committed to providing a prompt and effective solution.
What If There's an Issue During the Installation?
We recommend checking the parts of the lighting one week before installation to ensure everything is complete. Our fixtures are designed for easy installation and can typically be handled by an average electrician. If you encounter any issues during the installation, feel free to contact our customer service team for assistance. Please avoid using excessive force during installation. If challenges arise, we’ll be happy to help guide you toward the best solution to ensure a smooth process.
Can I return the product if I am not satisfied with it?
We are able to return and exchange the products within 30 days.
If there is no problem with the quality, you can just ship the product to us (shipping costs out of your own pocket) and we will deduct our shipping costs; the actual amount of the lamps will be returned immediately;
If there is a problem with the quality, we return it free of charge;
we deal with these issues by providing actual evidence, such as photos, videos, etc; and by describing the product clearly in writing.
